In short: everything you enter stays on your iPhone. The app has no account, no server and sends nothing anywhere. We collect nothing.

The data you enter into the app
Units, stays, guest counts, costs and notes are stored solely in the app's storage on your device. They are never sent to any server, ours included. We cannot see, export or restore them, because we do not have them. The app is not connected to any government system and reports nothing on your behalf.
A backup file is created only when you tap the backup button. It is handed to the iOS share sheet and stored wherever you choose — it stays in your hands. A calendar file (.ics) you import is read on the device and nowhere else.
Purchases
The app offers an auto-renewable subscription through Apple's App Store. The purchase is handled entirely by Apple under Apple's terms; the app only learns whether a subscription is active and until when, so it can unlock. We receive no personal data about you or your purchase, and there is no account. You manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store settings.
No tracking
The app contains no analytics, no advertising and no trackers of any kind. Apart from the App Store purchase handled by Apple, it works completely offline.
Your rights
The General Data Protection Regulation gives you rights over personal data a controller holds. We hold none: your records exist only on your device, where you can edit, export or delete them yourself. As the host, you remain the controller of your guests' data that you enter.
