In short: what you enter stays on your iPhone. The app has no account and no tracking. The only thing it ever downloads is legal data — a plain file, with no identifiers attached.

The data you enter into the app
Offence dates, deadlines and register entries you record are stored solely in the app's storage on your device. They are never sent to any server, ours included. We cannot see, export or restore them, because we do not have them. There is no account.
Legal-data updates
On your request the app checks our server for a newer package of legal data and downloads it. This request carries no account, no identifier and none of your entries — technically it is the same as opening a public web page, and like any internet request it momentarily involves your IP address, which we do not store or evaluate. Reminders for deadlines are scheduled locally on the device and never leave it.
Purchases
The app offers a single one-time purchase through Apple's App Store. The purchase is handled entirely by Apple under Apple's terms; the app only learns whether the purchase exists, so it can unlock. We receive no personal data about you or your purchase.
Error reports
The “report an error” button opens your own email app with a pre-filled message about the legal entry in question. Nothing is sent unless you send it, and it goes through your email account, in your control.
No tracking
The app contains no analytics, no advertising and no trackers of any kind.
Your rights
The General Data Protection Regulation gives you rights over personal data a controller holds. We hold none: your records exist only on your device, where you can edit or delete them yourself. For any question, write to [email protected].
